1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using mycreator.media, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
mycreator.media provides influencer marketing services including creator sourcing, campaign management, paid social advertising, and visual brand promotion. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon separately in individual client agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client you agree to:
- Provide accurate brand information and campaign briefs
- Review and approve content within agreed timelines
- Make payments on time as per your agreement
- Not use our services for any unlawful or misleading purpose
- Maintain confidentiality of any shared strategies or creator contacts
4. Payment Terms
- All pricing is agreed upon before project commencement
- Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on each invoice
- Late payments may result in campaign delays or suspension of services
- Refunds are handled on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed once work has commenced
5. Intellectual Property
- All campaign strategies, creator matches, and content plans produced by mycreator.media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
- Content created by creators remains the property of the creator unless usage rights are explicitly agreed upon and paid for
- You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our strategies or methodologies
6. Creator Relationships
- mycreator.media acts as an intermediary between brands and creators
- We do not guarantee specific creator availability, follower counts, or engagement rates as these change over time
- All creator agreements are facilitated by us but are ultimately between the brand and the creator
7. Campaign Results
- We do not guarantee specific campaign outcomes including impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, or sales
- All performance estimates are based on historical data and industry benchmarks
- We commit to best efforts in delivering results aligned with agreed objectives
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, strategies, pricing, and creator contacts confidential. This obligation continues after the end of any working relationship.
9. Limitation of Liability
mycreator.media is not liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
- Creator content that does not perform as expected
- Platform algorithm changes affecting campaign reach
- Any third party actions outside of our control
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and is payable. Any non-refundable costs already incurred will remain the client’s responsibility.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
